Service Terms for ChatGPT Ads Management

$999/month – Up to 2 Active Campaigns

1. Campaign Scope
This plan includes setup, optimization, and ongoing management for up to 2 active ChatGPT Ads campaigns under a single eligible advertiser account.

2. Additional Campaigns
Each additional active campaign beyond the included 2 is $99/month, billed separately.

3. Setup & Delivery
Initial campaign setup begins within 1–2 business days after receiving the required advertiser account access, business information, website URL, targeting details, and campaign goals.

4. Advertiser Account Requirements
ChatGPT Ads accounts are subject to OpenAI’s current eligibility, verification, billing, geographic availability, and advertising policies. Get Me SEO cannot guarantee account approval or ad serving.

5. Reporting
Clients receive ongoing campaign monitoring and a monthly performance summary with key ad metrics, conversions, and optimization notes.

6. Ad Spend
Ad spend is not included in the $999/month management fee. Advertising costs are paid separately through the client’s ChatGPT/OpenAI advertiser account.

7. Ownership & Access
Campaigns are managed inside the client’s advertiser account whenever supported. The client remains responsible for account ownership, billing, verification, and maintaining access.

8. Optimization & Testing
Management includes ongoing ad copy testing, campaign optimization, targeting adjustments, budget recommendations, and performance monitoring within the included campaign scope.

9. Platform Changes
ChatGPT Ads is an evolving advertising platform. Features, targeting options, policies, minimum spend requirements, availability, and account requirements may change at any time.

10. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

11. Out-of-Scope Work
Landing page development, custom creative production, advanced tracking implementation, major campaign rebuilds, or other work outside standard campaign management may require additional fees.

12. Results Disclaimer
Results vary based on ad budget, industry, competition, targeting, offer, website quality, market conditions, and platform performance. Get Me SEO does not guarantee specific clicks, leads, conversions, cost per lead, or revenue.
