1 Website Package Terms

What you get
These terms cover Get Me SEO's 1 Website Package, a single $200 payment. We design and build one WordPress website for your business: the design, the WordPress setup, the written content and the pages. The site is built on your domain and your hosting. This is a website build only. It does not include SEO, marketing, or any work after delivery.

What you provide
You supply a registered domain, a hosting account that can run a current version of WordPress, and the phone number shown on the site. You are responsible for keeping the domain and hosting paid, renewed, backed up and secure. We are not responsible for downtime, slow loading, hacks or data loss caused by your hosting or domain provider. If your hosting cannot run the site, we will tell you what needs to change, and fixing or switching hosting is up to you.

Intake and timing
After paying, you complete our intake form with the business details and working login access to your hosting and domain. We build from these details, so errors are your responsibility and corrections are not included. The 1 to 4 week turnaround is a target and starts when your form is complete and we have working access, not when you pay.

Design and content
We choose the design and layout and write the content, based on the details in your form. You must have the right to use every name, logo and photo you send; if someone complains, we may remove it from the site. Redesigns, rewrites and extra pages after delivery are not included.

After delivery
Once the site is delivered it is yours. It sits on your hosting, you have a full administrator login, and you can remove our login. Our work ends at delivery, apart from fixing anything missing or not working when we hand it over. Updates, edits, maintenance, backups, security and moving the site are your responsibility.

No guarantees on results
We are selling a website, not results. We make no promise about search rankings, traffic, calls or sales. Site speed depends on your hosting, so speed scores are not guaranteed.

Refunds and problems
All sales are final, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy. If something seems wrong, please contact us first and allow 5 business days for a reply.

Your agreement
By checking the box and paying, you confirm you are buying one website (design, WordPress build, content and pages) on your own domain and hosting, and nothing else.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not give refunds.

This policy covers Rank Authority 1 Website, a single $200 payment for everything listed at checkout and in our terms. It is not a subscription. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return.

No refunds
Once you pay, the sale is final. This applies before and after you complete the intake form. We do not refund a change of mind, a site you do not use, or domain, hosting or phone costs you pay to your own providers.

Delivery
We deliver within 1 to 4 weeks of receiving your completed intake form and working login access to your hosting and domain, not of payment. If anything is missing or a login does not work, we will tell you, and the delivery time is paused until it is fixed. Delivery is our email, sent to the email address you gave at checkout, with your website link and login.

If we have not delivered within 4 weeks of your completed form and working access, email us and we will deliver within 10 business days.

Problems and questions
If something is wrong, please email info@getmeseo.com before contacting your card issuer. We reply within 2 business days and will fix anything in our build that is missing or not working at delivery, and correct any charge made in error. Problems caused by your hosting or domain provider need to be resolved with them. Nothing here limits your rights under the law or with your card issuer.
